This is a new course that begins with the focus on right hand picking technique. The inspiration came from realizing that my approach - back and forth picking style - had created problems for me and I needed to address them. So, we will be taking this journey together, as we will be doing the same work!

Picking technique is decided by the practitioner. But, it’s good to see what others are doing, as it can help us find our own way. I have chosen to incorporating a variety of techniques rather than only one, as I believe it allows for a freer range of expression,.

With the many different ways of approaching technique presented here, you’ll have a launching pad for pursuing a way of playing that suits your body and mind. The guitar is a very physical instrument. And finding ways of playing that allow you to relax will only take you further.
